All those years of thinking BAD SKIFFY BAD after getting it from all the Scapers I know has left its mark, certainly. But! There is a upside to this! It'll make it easier to drag in the geek part of my flist who love the shows on it like BSG! And Stargate! And Dr Who! We need more nerdy scifi fans in the fandom, we does. More of my kiiind.
(On the other hand, Skiffy airs Who and the Whofen keep showing up on Fandom Wank. That... may not be a good sign.)

So apparently Lockon's twin IS going to be a Meister in the next season.
Oh please let him be a traitor whose presence there is solely to destroy Celestial Being and exact revenge for his brother's death. Then T-chan would be totally heartbroken when he starts trying to kill them all and the resulting angst would be glorious!
Or--even better--maybe T-chan would totally hate him for, you know, not being his brother. "YOU ARE NOT LOCKON AND YOU WILL NEVER TAKE HIS PLACE IN MY HEART!!!" [insert deliciously angry and moe Tieriaface here]
Also, they are all wearing womens' jackets, and 20-year-old Setsuna still looks woefully underaged. THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU DEPRIVE A GROWING BOY OF HIS SOURCE OF SPECIAL MILK, SUNRISE. YOU EVIL BASTARDS.
I think I am the only person in the entire fandom who's actually thrilled by turns of events like these.

All right. I am going to try an experimental quickie approach to doing icon commissions.
THE ITEM: One 100x100 pixel icon for LJ or forum use.
THE FILTHY LUCHRE DEMANDED: $5, PayPal only at this time.
HOW TO GET: Call dibs on a slot by leaving a comment below. Tell me exactly what you want me to draw in the icon, and if it's not Kagerou, link to references (this is key!).
WHAT I WILL DO:Original characters, portraits of you, Kagerou characters, cartoons, anime, or stick figures. Mix-and-match is fine. Raunchy is also okay. Lesbians are the best.
WHAT I WILL NOT DO: Heavily detailed illustrations, super-intricate filtery stuff like they have in the icon snob communities.
Here are three example orders:

Code Geass Season 1 Graphics books.
I'm selling my set of Code Geass graphics books, both Ashford and Zero. Each is 9 x 11 inches, 34 pages, full color, and comes with a full-sized, double-sided poster. They feature character design, art, screencaps, and (some) Japanese text, but are mostly illustrations. I can upload extra photos upon request. I picked them up at an anime convention and just don't have much use for them. They are opened, but only looked at once and still in the original packaging. They are NOT bootlegs. I bought them from a trustworthy shop's stand (Sasuga Books).
Just going to try and get rid of them at BEST OFFER.

But yeah. We had cake shaped out of a hamburgar meal. Whee. It was really rich. I watched CARS and Paul Mooney while Mom and them went out. I didn't even bother messing with the neighbors.
Also, my mom and her boyfriend need to get their heads out of their asses fast. Who the fuck cares if the neighbors' kids are blowing up firecrackers outside in the road -- away from the other neighbors' yards? If they were stupid, they would learn the hard way not to play with fire.
Just. ARGH. I hate this self-righteous attitude they seem to have. Like they have any right to judge. I know I'm being a hypocrite but eugh. It's like they're indirectly thanking me for being a hermit or something instead of socializing with the "riff-raff".
Ironically enough, George of the Jungle was on and Ursula's mother reminded me so much of my own mom. She pretty much acts like that except we're not rich.
I need to read something or finish writing. I think I'll finish writing until
spaceworrier or someone stops dying.Seriously, I'm looking forward more and more to my 21st birthday. The alcohol, I deserve it?

I am becoming such a lump. I swear, all I do is watch Law & Order. I NEED A LIFE.
Ah, well. I start Driver's Ed on Monday, so maybe that will help? Sort of?

It's a double holiday
1. Happy fourth of July! I <3 fireworks. I haven't seen much but the neighborhood sounds like a fucking battlefield. Even with the drizzly weather. It's awesome.
2. Tomorrow or the next morning I'll be leaving for a week in New Hampshire withirradiancy I'll be able to post tomorrow though, which will probably be a recap of the fun events of yesterday (Mark's birthday, seeing Wall-E, and going to the mall) and another reminder of the hiatus in case someone misses it.
